SERVICES / WEB SYSTEMS AND PORTALS

One place for cases, documents and clients.

We design, build and maintain web applications and portals: sign-in with roles, document workflow and data panels instead of spreadsheets. Built around the process of one particular company, not bought off the shelf.

WHAT WE BUILD

A system that grows with the company.

Client portal with sign-in

Accounts, roles and permissions: everyone sees exactly what they should.

A data model instead of spreadsheets

Structure built for the real process, not another file somebody has to police by hand.

Document workflow and repository

Documents with change history, statuses and fast search.

Admin panel and audit log

Administration plus an event log: who did what, and when.

Documentation and handover

Full access and a written account of the build: the project stays with your company.

Maintenance agreement

Updates, monitoring and further development after launch, within an agreed response window.

WHAT IT COSTS

The range, before you have to ask.

We put it up front so the conversation can start with the process rather than with guesses about price. Every project is quoted individually once the scope is understood, but you know the starting point from the beginning.

Client portal

from PLN 8,000

Sign-in with roles, case status and documents on the client’s side. It takes away the “what is happening with my case” questions.

Staff portal

from PLN 10,000

One register of cases, tasks, clients and documents for the whole team, with permissions split between who can see and who can edit.

Process mapping

approx. PLN 2,000

On larger projects we start with a paid diagnosis: process mapping, a plan and a quote. The amount comes off the cost of the build.

FROM A PROJECT

One register instead of two programmes and a spreadsheet.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FIRM, AROUND 20 PEOPLE

Cases in one programme, invoices in another, deadlines in a spreadsheet, and the agreements themselves in the inboxes of whoever was handling them. More than half the client records were tied to a single person, and people running 100 or 200 cases could not correct so much as a typo in them. In 8 out of 10 records the basic details needed to issue a document were missing. The information existed, but in an email or a chat, so before every letter somebody went back to dig it out instead of writing it down once in one place.

We built a single register of cases, clients, documents and tasks, with permissions split between who can see and who can edit. Today close to 2,000 cases and 1,900 client records sit in one place, and 25 kinds of automatic notification have replaced questions on chat and walking round the office.

IN PRACTICE

Examples of what we have built.

We work with law firms, professional services businesses and online brands. The clients who agreed to it are named on Trusted by; the rest we share in conversation.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES · CASE PORTAL

Several hundred cases and documents in one portal with roles, instead of scattered folders and email.

close to 2,000 cases in one place

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES · CLIENT PANEL

The client signs in for status and documents, and the team stops answering the same questions.

less email, a clear status

ONLINE BRAND · DATA INSTEAD OF SPREADSHEETS

Orders, returns and tickets in one panel with history, rather than across several spreadsheets.

0 parallel spreadsheets

Is your process scattered across spreadsheets and email?

Thirty minutes online about one or two processes that eat the most time. If you would rather write, the contact form is just as good a route.
