PROCESS / HOW WE WORK

How we work, step by step.

Sequentially, with a clear scope at every stage and documentation we leave behind in your company. Before we write the first line of code, we agree on the goal.

PROCESS

Five stages of working together.

01 · Discovery and scope

We work out what and what for. The result: a written scope we both agree to.

02 · Quote and plan

A quote and a schedule in writing before anything starts. No surprises.

03 · Build

Progress shown as it happens on a staging copy, not only at the end.

04 · Deployment

A safe move into production, verification, and handover of access.

05 · Maintenance

Monitoring, backups and response to tickets within an agreed window.

MODELS

Ways of working together.

We match the scope to the need, not the other way round. The models combine: a project first, then support and further development.

PROJECT WITH A CLOSED SCOPE

One specific solution from design through to sign-off: an agreed scope, a date and documentation. We do not disappear afterwards; support stays available whenever you need it.

agreed scope and date

MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT

Updates, monitoring and continuous development of the system. In a market where AI-first companies gain the edge, it is steady improvement that wins, not standing still.

the edge, kept current

SUPPORT BY THE HOUR

One-off work and audits billed for the time actually spent, with no commitment.

flexible, when needed

THE PATH

From a conversation to a system that keeps developing.

This is what the usual route looks like, and roughly what each leg of it costs. We put the ranges up front so the conversation can start with the process rather than with guesses about price.

  1. 01

    30-minute consultation

We take one or two processes that chafe the most and walk through them step by step. You leave with an answer on whether automating them is worth it, and where to start.

    free of charge
  2. 02

Process mapping or an MVP quote

On larger projects, from around PLN 8,000, the next step is process mapping: the map, an automation plan and a quote. On smaller automation we go straight to an initial MVP quote, with no paid diagnosis.

mapping approx. PLN 2,000, deducted from the build
  3. 03

    MVP of one process

We start with one process, the most expensive one, and carry it through to the end. The effect shows up in weeks, not quarters.

    from PLN 2,000
  4. 04

    Extending it

Further processes get added once the first one is working and the team is genuinely using it.

    portals from PLN 8,000
  5. 05

    Ongoing care

Maintenance with monitoring and backups, or ongoing development with continuous improvements. We match the model to how fast your company changes.

from approx. PLN 500 / month or ongoing development from PLN 5,000 / month

The actual quote comes once the scope is understood. On small automation we skip the process mapping, because it would cost as much as the project itself.

CONTINUITY

What happens to the project if something goes wrong.

The question about continuity is a fair one, and it is better answered before the work starts than during it.

The code and the data stay with you

The code, the access and the data are yours, and we design the system so that it works without us too. Every project comes with documentation another person can read to understand how it is built.

Standard technologies

No in-house inventions that nobody but us could maintain. The project has to be one another supplier can take over.

Project documentation

A description of the architecture, the access and the procedures stays in your company, not in somebody’s head.

What happens if we stop working together

When you decide to end it, for any reason, you get the full set of access, the code and the project documentation. Another supplier takes it over without starting from scratch. We settle this at the start, not at the point of parting.

Let us start with a short conversation about scope.

Thirty minutes online about one or two processes that eat the most time, with no commitment. If you would rather write, the contact form is just as good a route.
